Wise May are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative Law Firm based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and proactive individual looking to build a career within office support and administration, with an apprenticeship offered.
This is a permanent, fully office-based role.
Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Providing reception and front-of-house support.
- Supporting with facilities and general office administration.
- CRM/database management and data cleansing.
- Conducting research and updating internal systems.
- Preparing documents and bundles ahead of meetings.
- Supporting with events and office coordination tasks.
- Assisting with marketing and administrative projects.
- Managing ad hoc office tasks and providing support across the wider team.
Office Administrator key skills and experience required:
- Proactive and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional manner.
- Self-sufficient with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Keen to learn and develop professionally.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience within a customer-facing role.
