About the Role: - Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user - She requires support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, moving and handling and medication administration. - Our client loves activities such as trips out in the community, meeting up with friends, shopping , going out in her wheelchair on walks, Television , reading, and music. Successful Applicant: - Previous experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and epilepsy is essential. - Must hold a full Clean UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes. - An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required prior to employment.
