Female Support Worker - Tadley Full-time opportunities £25,845 per annum (pro rata)

Full UK Driving Licence Essential

Our Tadley services provide support to individuals with complex health needs and diverse learning disabilities so personal care etc is required The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate either an existing interest in, or a willingness to engage with, the hobbies and interests of those we support . The people we support love to be active in their community so this is definitely a fun & rewarding active support role !

You'll ideally have a full UK manual driving licence and be happy to drive our service vehicle on site

No two days are the same, but you'll be:

Helping people live independently and get stuck into everyday activities
Encouraging them to stay connected with family, mates, and the local community
Giving a hand with money matters, household bits, and shopping trips
Providing respectful, person-centred personal care
Most importantly - creating those brilliant moments of joy and achievement!
