Job description
Recruitment Partner
We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our team on a temporary basis. You'll manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding, working closely with both candidates and clients to deliver a positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through adverts, databases, and proactive searching.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide excellent candidate care and support during onboarding.
What we're looking for:
Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
