This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from inception through to completion.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers, Directors, Engineers, and site teams, you will play a key role in keeping projects organised, on schedule, and fully documented. You'll be responsible for coordinating project administration, managing workflows, tracking project progress, and ensuring key information is communicated effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Assist Project Managers with planning and resource allocation.
Monitor project milestones and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement administration.
Track project variations, quotations, and documentation.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
Ensure all project files are maintained accurately and compliantly.
Support mobilisation of new projects and handover processes.

Requirements

Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience within the M&E, construction, engineering, or building services sector would be advantageous.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary and benefits package.
Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing M&E contractor.
Exposure to a variety of exciting projects.
Clear opportunities for career development and progression.
Supportive and collaborative working environment.

If you're a highly organised individual who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and projects while ensuring everything stays on track, we'd love to hear from you. This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career within the M&E and construction sector.
