Our client are a UK-based same-day courier company, offering 24/7 urgent delivery services across the North West, Midlands, and nationwide, with a strong focus on communication, reliability, and customer service.

Due to our Widnes based clients continued growth they are looking to add a Courier Planner to their multi award winning team.

If successful in your application you will be at the heart of our clients Customer Service department at our Widnes office ensuring:

Couriers collect on time.
Couriers deliver on time.
We carry out our customers requests every time, as requested.

We are looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast paced environment.
Loves solving logistical challenges and making things happen.
Has first class negotiating skills.
Has great commercial awareness.
Is from a Sameday Courier or similar Transport and Logistics environment

A salary of 30,650 p/a
