Job description

Role: Fleet Customer Services Advisors Location: Brighton Hours: Full-time or Part-time available Positions: 2, one full-time and one part-time Pay: 27,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Fleet Customer Services Advisors to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing automotive services business.

We have one full-time and one part-time position available, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced customer service professionals who enjoy problem-solving, managing customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong complaints handling and resolution experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling challenging customer conversations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
Previous automotive, fleet or maintenance experience would be advantageous
Experience using CRM or customer management systems desirable
Professional, reliable and proactive approach

The Role:

Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Respond to maintenance policy and service-related queries
Manage customer renewals, contract extensions and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
Prioritise urgent enquiries and escalate complex issues
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external partners
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
