Customer Service Representative

We're looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join our team in Colchester as Customer Service Representatives, representing well-known brands at exciting live events and promotional campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with customers face-to-face at events and promotional activities.
Answering questions and introducing customers to products and services.
Delivering great customer experiences and building lasting connections.
Working with a motivated team to achieve campaign goals.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident people with great communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not essential.
Essential Requirements
Must be aged 18 or over.
Must be able to commute to Colchester.
Must have full, unrestricted authorisation to work in the UK. Applicants requiring visa sponsorship or holding time-limited visa permission are not eligible for this role.
