Service Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Witham Contract Type: Permanent

What You'll Do:

As a Service Desk Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our service desk runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Service Requests: Oversee incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-line support for technical issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Communication: Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions to enhance our service delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing service desk processes and procedures.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who brings a mix of skills and attributes that will help us continue to thrive:

Experience: Previous experience in a service desk or Sales Admin is desirable
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using IT service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
People Person: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
