We're TSA (The Stile Agency), a rapidly growing, creator-inspired social media agency working with some fantastic brands, including De'Longhi, E.ON Next and Jack Daniel's.

We've grown by over 70% in the last 12 months, combining the energy and creativity of a fast-moving agency with the backing of global independent creative agency Five by Five.

Now we're looking for a talented Senior Creator Executive who lives and breathes the creator space and knows how to turn great ideas into successful campaigns.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the full creator marketing journey, from discovering the perfect talent and building relationships to managing client expectations, delivering campaigns and measuring results.

Senior Creator Executive Central London Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) £35,000 DOE Full Time Permanent

Creator Marketing: Social Media Campaigns Creator Outreach Talent Relationships Gifting Events

Client Delivery: Campaign Management Client Relationships KPIs Reporting Creative Ideas

Bring Creator Campaigns to Life.

You'll take ownership of multiple creator campaigns, working closely with clients, creators and the wider TSA team to deliver exciting, effective work.

From the initial brief through to creator selection, outreach, gifting, content delivery and reporting, you'll make sure campaigns run smoothly, stay on budget and achieve great results.

You'll also be a trusted contact for clients, proactively spotting opportunities, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping grow our creator network.

About You

You're passionate about creator culture, social media and the brands shaping what's next.

You've already gained solid experience delivering creator or influencer campaigns and are ready for a role with more ownership, responsibility and client exposure.

You're organised, creative, commercially aware and confident managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of the details.

You'll ideally bring:

Experience with Google Analytics would be a bonus.

Above all, you'll bring positive energy, initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for the creator marketing industry.
