Senior Marketing Manager

46,000 pro rata

Bromley

Fixed Term Contract

Part-Time

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the Operational Marketing Lead in delivering customer marketing and engagement activity that strengthens customer relationships, improves retention, and supports business growth.

What You Will Do:

Support delivery of marketing and customer engagement plans aligned to business priorities.
Develop integrated campaigns across email, direct mail, social media, website and customer communications.
Drive customer retention, relationship growth and engagement through targeted activity.
Use customer insight, campaign analysis and commercial data to improve effectiveness.
Lead campaign measurement and reporting with clear recommendations.
Manage projects from briefing through delivery and optimisation.
Develop customer tracing and re-engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create seamless customer experiences.
Support and mentor colleagues and deputise for the Operational Marketing Lead when required.

This role is based on a 28 hour working week, days can be flexible but ideally Monday to Thursday. Start times are flexible between 7:30am and 9:30am. Following an initial training period, there is hybrid working.

What We're Looking For

Marketing experience in a regulated environment.
Multi-channel customer communications experience.
Strong understanding of digital journeys and websites.
Ability to analyse marketing, digital and commercial data.
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
