Channel Sales & Operations Coordinator

Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 per annum

Location: Harrow, London - Hybrid / Remote Flexibility

Are you highly organised, commercially minded and looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

We're working with an established, growing international software business that's looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Sales & Operations Coordinator to join its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales administration, sales operations or partner support who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, working with data and building strong relationships.

You'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Director and wider Channel Sales team, helping to improve processes, manage partner relationships and ensure the business operates efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of the sales operations function, with responsibilities including:

Supporting the Sales Director with reports, presentations and sales performance updates.
Maintaining accurate partner, reseller and CRM records.
Building and updating dashboards using Power BI, Excel and CRM systems.
Producing weekly and monthly reports covering sales pipelines, partner performance and commercial activity.
Coordinating the onboarding of new reseller partners.
Supporting the administration of contracts, renewals and vendor programmes.
Working closely with Finance to reconcile rebates, incentives and commissions.
Communicating pricing, product updates and promotions to partners and internal teams.
Assisting with quarterly business reviews and wider sales initiatives.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, including exploring how AI and automation can increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with enthusiastic, organised individuals who have a good understanding of sales processes and enjoy working in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

1-2 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Channel Support or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data reporting.
Experience using CRM systems and ideally Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and external partners.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A genuine interest in technology, process improvement and business operations.

Nice to have, but not essential:

Experience within software, IT, print/copy or office technology environments.
Knowledge of channel partner programmes, rebates, contracts or renewals.
Experience with AI tools or process automation.
Familiarity with ISO-related documentation or compliance processes.
