Job description

Finance Administrator

Location: Medway

Salary: 29,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and reliable Finance Administrator to join their team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the operations supporting colleagues, managing key tasks, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

Providing day-to-day finance and administrative support to the team
Maintaining accurate financial records and keeping systems up to date
Dealing with queries from internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner
Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
Tracking deadlines and following tasks through to completion
Following company procedures and keeping files well organised

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a finance, administrative or office-based role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
