Location: Hayes Salary: Up to £35,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

What Will You Be Doing?

Bringing fresh ideas to the table and identifying creative ways to increase customer engagement.
Taking ownership of marketing projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial idea through to delivery.
Reviewing marketing performance and using insights to shape future activity.
Creating engaging content and maintaining a strong presence across digital and social channels.
Working with external creative partners to deliver eye-catching marketing materials.
Supporting promotional initiatives and developing campaigns that help drive business growth.
Exploring new marketing opportunities, keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends.
Coordinating multiple projects, managing deadlines and ensuring a consistent brand message.
Getting involved in wider business initiatives and contributing to future marketing plans.

What Are We Looking For?

Previous marketing experience within the FMCG/Food sector is essential.
Ideally a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive ready to progress, although experienced Marketing Managers are equally welcome.
A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and campaign management.
A creative flair with the confidence to suggest and implement new ideas.
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful marketing campaign.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for marketing!
