Polish-Speaking Inside Sales Executive - Automotive Aftermarket

Join a leading provider of automotive aftermarket software, technical data and repair information solutions used by independent garages, workshops and service networks across Europe.

As a Polish-Speaking Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with Polish-speaking customers and prospects across the automotive aftermarket. This is a genuine new business sales position focused on identifying opportunities with independent garages, workshops and service centres.

Working predominantly from home, you'll combine your sales ability, automotive aftermarket knowledge and Polish language skills to support business growth within an expanding customer base. You'll engage with prospects by telephone, video meetings and digital channels, consistently generating opportunities and delivering against ambitious sales targets.

Occasional travel for meetings, exhibitions, customer visits and industry events.

Salary

Basic 40-45k + Industry-Leading Bonus Structure, OTE 55-65k + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Home Working Equipment

What You'll Need

Fluent or native-level Polish language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in both Polish and English.
Proven success in a new business sales, business development, inside sales, telesales or sales executive role.
Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and how garages, workshops and repair networks operate.
Experience selling products or services into independent garages, workshops, service centres or the wider aftermarket.
A proactive, target-driven approach and a passion for winning new business.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills.
A confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
The ability to work independently within a remote environment while remaining an active member of the wider sales team.
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales opportunities and customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identify, approach and win new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.
Engage with Polish-speaking garage owners, workshop managers and customers to develop new commercial relationships.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound telephone activity, video meetings and digital engagement.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Convert marketing-generated and distributor-generated leads into new customers.
Deliver online product demonstrations and sales presentations in both Polish and English where required.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Use CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics to manage opportunities, customer information and sales activity.
Work closely with distributor partners to identify opportunities and support business growth.
Collaborate with the UK Sales Team and Sales Director to maximise commercial opportunities and share market intelligence.
Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events when required.
