Job description

Location: Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Occasional site visits to Heathrow

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive dealer group near Heathrow for a full-time Remote Warranty Administrator position. Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

Processing retail invoicing and managing account costs accurately
Administering warranty claims and warranty invoicing procedures
Supporting the service team with daily administrative tasks
Resolving invoice queries and maintaining precise documentation
Maintaining detailed service records in compliance with company standards
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Preparing quotations and service documentation efficiently
Providing professional support to customers and colleagues
Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

Proven experience in automotive administration, ideally within a service department
Knowledge of warranty claim processing and invoicing procedures
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Automotive industry experience is essential
