Job description
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join our market leading client. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business supplying products across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and manage the end-to-end order process.
Handle B2 B customer enquiries and resolve complaints via telephone and email.
Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and logistics with internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer records, monitor service performance and prepare reports.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations and Logistics to deliver excellent customer service.
About You
Experience in B2 B customer service or sales support.
Strong knowledge of order processing and international logistics.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.
