Job description

Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their growing technology business in the heart of Paddington. Role: Temporary Office Co-Ordinator

Location: Paddington

Pay: 16 p/h

Industry: Tech Company

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Duration: Monday - Friday (fully office based)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the office to ensure seamless operations.
Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-of-house experience.
Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and team socials to foster a collaborative environment.
Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and facilities requests efficiently.
Support the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition.
Assist with travel bookings and diary coordination for team members.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management to maintain office standards.
Support the wider team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative office culture.

About You:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

Previous experience in office administration, coordination, reception, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
A confident communicator with a friendly and professional demeanour.
The ability to proactively manage multiple priorities with ease.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
A positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to engage in various tasks.
Aspirations to develop a long-term career in office management and operations.
