Duties:

Providing administrative support for day-to-day fleet operations
Processing fleet-related paperwork efficiently and accurately as the Fleet Administrator
Maintaining precise vehicle records and updating internal systems
Liaising with colleagues to support the smooth running of fleet activities
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Helping manage the increasing workload within the fleet department as the Fleet Administrator

Requirements:

Previous administration experience, ideally within motor trade or fleet sectors
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and IT proficiency as the Fleet Administrator
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Proactive and reliable work ethic
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
