Job description
Customer Service Advisor - Permanent - Stockport - up to £28,000 DOE We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a full time permanent basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients.
Duties include:
Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Actively working to targets and upselling products
Supporting customers on live chat
Calling previous business, to enquire about new products avilable to them
Keeping record of customer interactions
Proactively follow up on quotations and enquiries
Processing customer orders and returns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
The successful candidate will have experience working in a target driven role, confident making out bound calls and building strong relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and well known business, working as part of a close knit team.
