Corporate Receptionist (Ad-hoc Temporary Cover)

Location: Windsor Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: Competitive hourly rate Parking: Free on-site parking

We are currently seeking a professional and polished Corporate Receptionist to provide ad hoc temporary cover for our prestigious client based in Windsor.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment and can step in to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and other business needs. Assignments may be booked well in advance or at short notice, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Delivering a professional, concierge-style reception service
Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Handling visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required
Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed

About You:

Previous corporate reception, front-of-house, concierge, or customer service experience
Well-presented, professional, and confident in dealing with people at all levels
Comfortable working independently and managing the reception area alone
Highly reliable, punctual, and committed when accepting bookings
Able to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures
Strong communication and organisational skills
Available to accept both planned and last-minute assignments
