Location: Brentford, West London Salary: Up to 28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Weekend Working: Around 1 weekend per month, sometimes less
Are you a strong customer-focused salesperson who enjoys converting warm enquiries rather than spending your day cold calling?
We're recruiting for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join an established and growing business in Brentford.
This is a genuine sales role within a busy contact centre, but with a major difference - approximately 95% of enquiries are inbound, meaning you'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in the service.
You'll be responsible for understanding what the customer needs, recommending the right solution and converting enquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
With a basic salary of up to 28,000 plus uncapped commission, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, targets and earning potential but wants to move away from heavily outbound or cold-calling environments.
The Role
You'll manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale, building rapport quickly and providing a professional, consultative service.
