Alongside critical operational activity, the team will contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, simplifying ways of working, and supporting the development of a more modern, efficient and digitally enabled HR service.

In essence, we are looking for people who can work at pace, manage complex organisational data with confidence, and help shape the future of HR service delivery while ensuring the day-to-day operation continues to run smoothly.
