Location: Outskirts of Horsham must drive Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9:30am 2:30pm flexibility available Salary: £30,000 FTE / approx. £21,430 per annum based on 25 hours per week Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity offering excellent work-life balance and some flexibility around your working hours?

We are recruiting for a fantastic company based on the outskirts of Horsham who are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused individual to join their busy team.

This is a busy and varied role with plenty of customer interaction. A large part of your day will involve speaking with customers over the telephone, so you'll need to have a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner and genuinely enjoy dealing with people.

You'll also be responsible for processing and managing customer orders through the company's CRM system, so being comfortable using technology and learning new systems is essential.
