Customer Service Advisor / Service Desk

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for organised, positive, and customer-focused individuals to join our Wholesale Service Desk team.

You'll handle customer queries via phone and email, provide professional support, update systems accurately, and work collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

This role is part time, working 19 hour week on the following schedule.
