They are seeking a reliable, motivated Business Development Executive who is confident on the phone and wants to develop their commercial skills within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective organisations in a professional manner

Secure qualified new business meetings for clients

Identify and qualify opportunities through targeted outreach

Build rapport and relationships with senior decision-makers

Utilise CRM systems to manage activity and pipelines

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow up leads from campaigns, events and referrals

Coordinate outreach activity to support campaign objectives

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets

Maintain consistent daily activity levels and standards
