Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Wallington Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour 40 hours per week

Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Wallington.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within recruitment.

The Role

Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you ll play a key role in finding and engaging suitable candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent vacancies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media
Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
Conducting telephone screening and candidate interviews
Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
Completing candidate checks and supporting the onboarding process
Building and maintaining a strong pool of available workers
Keeping in regular contact with candidates regarding availability and assignments
Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
Updating and maintaining the CRM system

About You

We re looking for someone who is:

Confident communicating over the phone and face-to-face
Friendly, professional and comfortable speaking with different people
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proactive and willing to pick up the phone and engage with candidates
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
Motivated by targets and achieving results

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
