Service Coordinator Oldham Salary 25,934 Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team, taking ownership of scheduling, planning and coordinating engineer workloads to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits to maximise productivity. Managing incoming service requests and prioritising work against agreed service levels. Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep jobs moving. Monitoring ongoing works, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on live jobs. What We're Looking For Strong planning and scheduling skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience within service coordination, scheduling, logistics, customer service or administration would be advantageous
