Job description
Site Contract Administrator Beverley (HU17) 28,000 - 30,000
Five-month Contract
25 days annual leave, pro rata
A leading civil engineering firm, have a five-month fixed term contract to join an on-going civil engineering project, based in their project office
Duties:
Supporting site managers and a team of engineers with all administrative duties for the depot, whilst they undertake a civil/ground-working project
Booking deliveries in-to site, uploading training certification, training and any additional documentation onto the system
Uploading CAD drawings and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) documents onto the system for a team of project managers, work mangers and engineers
Helping with all other administrative tasks such as sending timesheets from sites to be authorised by head office
The ideal candidate shall enjoy working in a lively, banter orientated environment and be willing to commit to the full duration of the contract
