Job description

Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator - Order Processing Location: Royston Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract Working Pattern: Full-time (Office Based)

An established and growing organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care / Processing Coordinator to join its central operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports customers throughout their journey, from enquiries and quotations through to order processing and aftersales care.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotations
Keep customers updated on deliveries, stock and proof of delivery
Liaise with warehouse partners and support the sales team
Provide product support and handle aftersales queries
Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, administration or order processing
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
Confident telephone manner and good IT skills
Good understanding of UK geography and travel planning
Proactive, positive and able to work well independently and within a team
