MUST HAVE'S
•Proven sales experience from plan to closure
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•Ability to influence at all levels
•Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Motivated to sell to existing clients and generate new business
•Professional personal presentation and attitude
•Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
NICE TO HAVE'S
•Knowledge of market shifts and emerging trends
•Experience in food ingredients or related sectors
•Familiarity with BRCGS/FEMAS standards and audits
•Experience with customer account management and order processing
•Ability to assist with stock takes and site preparations
SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
•Managing and selling to existing and prospective customers
•Building understanding of customer applications and needs
•Targeting new and existing products into all customer segments
•Achieving turnover, profit, and margin targets set by management
•Prospecting weekly to win new accounts and ensure business growth
•Updating customer information via CRM (Orderwise)
•Interfacing with the Technical Department for information exchange
•Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
•Organising customer orders, deliveries, and resolving any issues promptly
•Supporting stock takes and site preparations for audits
