Hays are recruiting a 12-month FTC Purchasing Assistant role in Middleton for a leading manufacturing company. Your new role
Your new role will involve managing multiple mailboxes, liaising with suppliers/contractors to check where deliveries are. You will run tenders through databases and update bids. This role also requires a strategic mindset. You will be expected to give new ideas that help to streamline processes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to be data driven and comfortable using Excel. You will be strategic minded and comfortable sharing new ideas in order to streamline processes and improve workflows. Experience working in Purchasing or an FMCG/Manufacturing background is desirable.
