Temporary Receptionist

Newcastle City Centre Immediate Start Weekly Pay

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client based in a stunning Newcastle city centre office who require a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team from Monday 5th October.

This is initially a 3-4 week temporary assignment, however there is potential for the role to be extended whilst the client recruits permanently.

The Details

Start Date: Monday 5th October
Duration: 3-4 weeks initially, with potential to be extended
Hours:
Week 1: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Week 2: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour
Weekly pay through Office Angels

Key Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing a busy reception desk
Answering and directing incoming calls
Booking travel and accommodation
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Providing general administrative support
Ensuring the reception area remains professional and welcoming

About You

Previous reception or front-of-house experience
Professional, friendly and confident communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Available to start immediately
