Construction Recruitment Resourcer
Location: South Woodford Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Arrangement: Fully office-based
About the Role
We are a growing construction recruitment agency looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in South Woodford.
Previous recruitment experience is essential. We are looking for someone who has worked in recruitment before and understands candidate sourcing, screening and registration. Experience within construction recruitment would be highly advantageous.
This is a fully office-based role, supporting our consultants by sourcing suitable candidates, advertising vacancies, managing candidate registrations and completing compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities
You will source candidates through job boards and CV databases, advertise vacancies, review CVs and conduct telephone screening. You will also manage candidate registrations, verify relevant documentation and support consultants in filling temporary and permanent construction roles.
The role involves maintaining accurate records, keeping candidates updated and providing a professional service to both candidates and clients.
About You
To be considered, you must have previous experience working in a recruitment role, ideally as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant. You should be confident speaking to candidates over the telephone, organised and comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
Construction recruitment experience and knowledge of construction roles, qualifications and industry cards would be an advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems are also important.
