We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist / Advisor to join a reputable independent garage in Knutsford, Cheshire. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a Service Receptionist / Advisor looking to progress within a high-quality, client-focused environment. Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards within the automotive sector.

Duties of the Service Receptionist / Advisor role:

Providing expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs
Managing service bookings and scheduling to optimise workshop efficiency
Upselling additional services and repair work to maximise revenue
Communicating effectively between customers and technical staff
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and vehicle histories
Building strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and future business

Requirements for the Service Receptionist / Advisor position:

Proven experience as a Service Receptionist / Advisor or Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and processes
Professional, polished approach with keen attention to detail
