Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a background in the beds and mattress industry? We're recruiting for an established and growing business in Batley looking to strengthen its customer service team with an experienced, customer-focused professional. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role offering excellent work-life balance with no evenings or weekends, alongside the opportunity to earn an additional yearly bonuses of 5000 The Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries across telephone, email and online channels. Key responsibilities include: - Handling inbound customer calls, emails and online enquiries - Providing pre-sales support and product information - Managing order queries and delivery updates - Investigating and resolving customer complaints - Liaising with internal departments and third-party suppliers - Coordinating with couriers and logistics partners - Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates - Supporting the wider team with administration and after-sales service About You To be considered, you must have: - Recent customer service experience within the beds, mattresses or sleep products industry, and/or - Strong experience using Zendesk or other CRM systems within a customer service environment - Experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries by phone and email - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and good IT skills - A professional, approachable and solution-focused manner - The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer expectations effectively Previous experience within e-commerce, retail operations, furnishings, interiors or home products would also be beneficial.
