Job description

Bookkeeper

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with an established and growing consumer goods business who is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its finance team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping across both accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage, including AP, AR, invoice processing and payment allocation
Complete bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
Manage supplier and customer accounts, including queries, outstanding invoices and payment runs
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports
Support month-end processes and general finance administration
Provide wider support to the finance function as required

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance role
Hands-on experience using Sage
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Salary + other information

5 days a week in Harrow
£35,000 - £40,000
