Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills

Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar client-facing role.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Confident dealing with clients, colleagues and external contacts in a professional and friendly manner.

Proactive and reliable, with a calm approach to solving problems and handling changing priorities

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
