Customer Service Receptionist Salary: £27,000 plus £1,000 yearly bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am 5:30 pm Location: Slough (Beautiful office setting with free on-site parking)

About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive/Receptionist, you ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has great attention to detail, and thrives in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
Handling day-to-day front-of-house duties and customer liaison.
Answering the switchboard and logging information into the database.
Operating office equipment, including phones, computers, and photocopiers.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Preparing meeting and conference rooms and managing diaries.
Responding to queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Assisting with maintenance coordination and Health & Safety procedures.
Keeping the reception and common areas clean, tidy, and well-presented. Performing regular building walk arounds and checks.
Getting involved in marketing and event coordination as needed.

About You: We re looking for an organised and proactive individual with the following qualities:

A positive, people-orientated attitude with excellent customer service skills.
A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Previous experience in a customer-focused role (hospitality, retail, or office-based reception).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
