HR Administrator

Join Our Team as an HR Administrator

Are you an organised, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our growing team and provide high-quality support across the full employee life cycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, confident about using HR systems and technology, and passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and issuing offer documentation
Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters
Processing contractual changes, letters, and employee correspondence
Assisting with payroll administration and benefits information
Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data
Supporting managers and employees with HR-related queries
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for an individual who is:

A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role
Good understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle activities
Experience using HRIS or HR management systems
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
