JOB TITLE: Administrator Immediate Start

LOCATION: Bridgwater

HOURLY RATE: 13.45 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm

We're recruiting for a proactive and personable individual to join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation in Bridgwater, renowned for the valuable services it provides. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, close-knit, and supportive team, where no two days are the same and your contribution will make a real difference to the smooth running of the department. Offering a varied role this position is initially temporary with the opportunity to become permanent following a successful 12-week period. To be considered, you must be available to start immediately or be on a short notice period.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with answering calls for the department
Manage ordering of stationery and other office items
Review assessments and attendance records to ensure all requirements have been met.
Process and issue certificates and diplomas accurately and efficiently.
Communicate results to relevant organisations and awarding bodies.
Coordinate tutor allocation and schedule classes, liaising with tutors and venues.
Maintain and update CRM systems and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Build strong relationships with external organisations.

KEY SKILLS:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Competent and confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Confident and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Customer-focused and committed to providing outstanding student support
Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
Keen to learn, develop and take ownership of their responsibilities
