Customer Success & Sales Executive

Salary: 27,000 per annum basic + monthly Bonus (OTE 32,000+) Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm + 1 short Saturday per month Location: Office-based in Hove / Portslade

We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive to join an established and expanding organisation in Hove / Portslade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and sales to work in a thriving, supportive environment.

You'll handle warm enquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and convert opportunities into sales through outstanding service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Convert warm leads into successful sales through proactive follow-ups.
Process orders accurately and resolve any delivery issues.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Gather feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or sales in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
