Job description

As a PA to Director in the healthcare industry, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the director's day runs smoothly. From managing schedules to handling key communications, your role will help keep everything on track in Walton-On-Thames.

Client Details

This role is with a healthcare organisation based in Walton-On-Thames.

Description

Manage the director's diary and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the director.
Organise meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
Maintain and update confidential files and records.
Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for projects and presentations.
Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the director's daily responsibilities.

Profile

A successful PA to Director should have:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in a PA or administrative support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in Walton-On-Thames.
