A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join its busy HR and Operations team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to take on a varied coordination role, working closely with managers and the wider HR team.

The role:

Working within a team of HRBPs and HR Advisors
Liaising with employees and line managers communicating time-frames and capacity within
Conducting exit interviews with employees via Teams or face to face
Dealing the maternity notifications and letters / questions
Experience with flexible working requests
Liaising with managers and employees over emails and phone calls
Drafting letters, completing standard Word templates with relevant information
Uploading files into systems and folders
Monitoring and coordinating the return of signed documents
Providing general administrative support as instructed
Experience with mail merge
Supporting with pay increase and bonus letters as required
Revamping and updating letter templates as instructed
Supporting with background checks (initiating them in the system, monitoring progress, and flagging updates to the team)
Flexibility to support with other tasks as required

The candidate:

Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role is essential
Proven experience liaising and communicating with line manager and employees
Good understanding of HR processes and the employee life cycle
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high-volume workload
Experience using mail merge advantageous but is not essential
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
