Support Administrator

Our client is an established company based near Epsom looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team.

Epsom area
£30,000 £32,000 salary (DOE)
Monday Friday, 9am 5pm

Job Description

Scheduling engineers to carry out works for commercial customers nationwide
Liaising with customers to confirm works
Booking accommodation where necessary for engineers carrying out jobs further afield
Completing job sheets
Organising permits for engineers
Ordering parts
Producing quotes
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
Raising invoices for balance payments and deposits
Providing general office support to the team

Person Specification:

Proven experience within a similar role
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Good interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A team player who can also work independently
