Fortrade is looking for ambitious and confident people to join our Watford team as Business Development Executives.
If you have experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, customer service, retail or hospitality, your skills could transfer well into this role.
You'll work with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in Fortrade. You'll build professional relationships, understand client needs, introduce our platform and products, and develop those relationships.
This is not cold calling.

No finance degree or previous financial markets experience is required.
Career progression
This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills within financial services, with opportunities to progress towards Senior Account Manager or Team Leader roles based on performance, development and business requirements.
We've seen people progress to Senior Account Manager in as little as four months.
What we offer:
Training starts Monday 19 October 2026. Successful candidates will complete a one-week fully paid training programme covering the platform, products, communication and compliance. Training forms part of the selection process and is followed by a Final Interview.
