Job description
A Senior Paralegal opportunity within a well-established organisation, supporting a busy in-house legal transactions team. The role offers hands-on responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential property matters, while providing exposure to wider legal and commercial issues across the business.

The organisation operates in the Property industry in London.
Description
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Draft and negotiate a range of property documentation, including leases, transfers, licences and easements.
Conduct title reviews, legal due diligence and property-related legal research.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal and transaction-related queries.
Support process improvement initiatives and wider team projects.
Assist with the supervision and development of junior team members.
Profile
Law graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
Comfortable managing matters independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
Previous in-house experience or exposure to leasehold property matters would be advantageous.
