Coordinating the full Board and Committee meeting cycle, from scheduling and logistics through to follow-up
Preparing, formatting and circulating Board and Committee papers
Attending meetings and producing accurate, high-quality minutes

Supporting the onboarding and induction of new Board members
Liaising confidently with Trustees, senior executives and other high-level external stakeholders

Supporting governance, compliance and audit-related administration
Assisting with research, reporting and ad hoc projects for the senior leadership team
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

About you

We're looking for someone with substantial experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, Board Administrator or similar, ideally with at least five years' experience supporting senior or C-suite executives.

You'll also need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong diary and meeting coordination experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
The ability to work independently and use sound judgement
A professional, discreet and adaptable approach
Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment

This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, so candidates will need to be available at short notice.

The role is based in Marylebone, London, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home.
