Are you an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career?

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and modern law firm seeking a Junior Property Paralegal to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year's conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Working closely with experienced Conveyancers and Fee Earners, you will play a key role in supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files
Opening new files and completing compliance and administrative procedures
Preparing legal documents, forms and correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
Handling enquiries and supporting the progression of transactions
Preparing completion statements and assisting with completions
Supporting post-completion work, including Land Registry applications
Maintaining accurate case management records and file updates
Providing excellent client service throughout the conveyancing process

Skills/Experience

A minimum of 1 year's experience within residential conveyancing
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional and client-focused approach
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
