About the opportunity

Via is partnering with a leading UK housebuilder looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its digital campaigns, website, content and customer journey.

Working closely with the Head of Digital, you'll help deliver marketing activity across email, PPC, SEO, display advertising, property portals and the company website.

It's a varied role that combines hands-on digital marketing with performance analysis. You'll help keep online content accurate and engaging, support campaigns designed to generate new customer enquiries and use performance data to identify opportunities to improve results.

Previous property or housebuilding experience would be useful but isn't essential. We're more interested in candidates with a good foundation in digital marketing who are comfortable working across several channels and want to develop their skills further.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, PPC, SEO, display and other channels
Support listings and campaigns across property portals such as Rightmove
Help create, schedule and deliver customer email and lifecycle campaigns
Support marketing automation activity
Monitor campaigns against agreed KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
Carry out keyword research and support SEO activity
Make on-page SEO and content improvements
Maintain and update website content through a CMS
Ensure online content, imagery and information remain accurate and up to date
Work with sales teams to maintain property and development information
Help improve the online customer journey and website user experience
Support the development and testing of new digital features and tools
Track website and campaign performance
Monitor traffic, engagement, conversion rates and cost per lead
Use Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot and Excel to analyse performance
Help produce monthly reports for sales teams and senior stakeholders
Turn performance data into practical recommendations
Work with internal teams and external partners on digital projects
Ensure digital content remains consistent with brand standards
Support the Head of Digital and wider marketing team with additional projects

What we're looking for

Previous experience in digital marketing or a broader marketing role with strong digital exposure
Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Experience working across multiple digital marketing channels
Familiarity with website CMS platforms
Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation
Familiarity with PPC and digital advertising
Understanding of SEO principles
Comfortable working with digital marketing data and performance metrics
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Strong Excel skills
Understanding of the online customer journey and conversion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisation and the ability to manage several priorities at once
Analytical and curious approach to marketing performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach and willingness to learn

Experience with HubSpot, Looker Studio, property portals or similar tools would be particularly useful.

Previous experience within housebuilding, property, real estate or another consumer sector with a considered customer journey would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

A marketing, digital, business or related degree would be useful, although equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Why apply?

£35,000-£42,000 salary
Company bonus scheme
Hybrid and flexible working opportunities
25 days' annual leave
Private healthcare and cash plan options
Private pension
ShareSave scheme
Cycle to work scheme
Gym membership discounts
Work across a broad range of digital marketing channels
Exposure to PPC, SEO, email, CRM, analytics and website optimisation
Opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head of Digital
Strong scope for learning and professional development
